Thank you to those attending our 100 year celebration at the Pasadena University Club in Pasadena on October 13, 2012. We featured an antique typewriter display, slide show detailing our our long history, speed typing contest, live period music on the Steinway by nationally renowned Bob Ralston of the Lawrence Welk Show, & food & drink. Congresswoman, Judy Chu, presented us with a special award, and many other prominent Pasadena leaders, business people, clients & friends attended. The official winners of our typing contest on a 1938 Royal manual typewriter (after deducting for errors) were: 1st prize – Bob Ralston (49 words per minute with no errors!), 2nd prize – Laurel Martin (35 words per minute), 3rd prize – Steve Hahn (34 words per minute). We appreciate you and every one of our customers through the years for your confidence in our company and for helping to make our 100 years possible!
